Body Tone Workout with Coach Lito Uy

Going to a gym used to be  very tiring for me until I fell in love with yoga. For two months I do yoga at least three times a week at Fitness First.

I now a added another group workout on my list - Body Tone Workout with Coach Lito Uy. It was Grace Sulit who insisted I join this workout. Now I know why! Coach Lito  makes the workout fun.

Coach Lito also makes super yummu cassava cake, bopis, chicken embotido and many more.
