The boys, El and Juancho, must have a monthly haircut to adhere to their school requirement. Right after each haircut, it's wonderful to bring them at Tea Fairy Cafe where they get to play tic tac toe and other board games.
Here they don't argue much,they just have fun. Tea Fairy Cafe serves as bonding time for these 2 boys while having their favorite milk tea.
