This post has long been in my draft. I just remembered because I'm starting getting inspiration to be more fit.
I met Chef Stephanie Zubiri at McCormick event. I asked how she manages to stay fit. She replied, " as a chef, I eat anything but I make sure to exercise five times a week, alternating yoga, zumba and short circuit so as not to be bored with any routine. I don't just exercise for aesthetic purposes but more for keeping the heart and body well-oiled."
